EASY: Watch with subtitles in your language.
Improve your pronunciation:
Repeat some of the sentences you hear.
Look up a few words
in a dictionary
write them in a notebook or online document (Example HERE)
MEDIUM: Watch an episode with subtitles in your language first,
then watch again with English subtitles. Pause and repeat a few times.
DIFFICULT: Watch with English subtitles. Then without. Pause+repeat.
WATCH MUSIC VIDEOS
Music makes you happy.
Watch different music videos.
Multiple times a day.
Soon, you will sing along.

Don't like singing? Speak along.
Sometimes READ the text out loud, without music.

Get a notebook.

JOURNAL WRITING
Set a time to write regularly for 15 minutes.
Write down your thoughts:
Today I feel... Yesterday I went to... I worry about... I am happy about...
Don't stop writing. Write mostly in English.
Don't worry about mistakes. Don't look up words. Keep writing.

There is no wrong way of doing this. This is just for you.
Too busy? Find the time. Your writing will improve dramatically.
WRITE MORE IN ENGLISH
Make shopping lists.
Write post-it notes for friends, family, for yourself.
Text and email your friends and family.

TALK TO OTHERS.
TALK TO YOURSELF.
Don't be shy.
Don't worry about making mistakes.
Don't worry about always speaking correctly.
Don't worry about sounding like a native speaker. Speaking is an active skill. Enjoy it.
